Tresillian Lodge - Private Woodland Retreat Near Truro, Cornwall
Tresillian Lodge is a privately owned woodland lodge in Tresillian, 10 minutes from Truro. It sleeps up to 6 guests across 3 double bedrooms and sits alone in a private valley of 400-year-old oak woodland on the Roseland Peninsula. The lodge includes a private outdoor hot tub, sauna access by appointment, underfloor heating throughout, and a balcony overlooking a stream. There are no shared facilities, no neighbouring lodges, and no holiday-park setting, just one complete property, entirely your own.
Complete Privacy – One Lodge, One Group
Tresillian Lodge is not part of a holiday park. The property sits at the end of a private lane through ancient woodland and has no shared facilities, no neighbouring accommodation units, and no communal spaces. When you book, the entire lodge, hot tub, balcony, stream-side garden, and woodland belong to your group.
Most Cornwall lodges with hot tubs sit within resorts where the “private” tub is 20 metres from the next lodge’s decking. At Tresillian, the nearest neighbour is the oak canopy.

Families
Families use the three separate bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and enclosed woodland setting to create a relaxed base for a Cornwall holiday. Children have private outdoor space without the safety concerns of a shared holiday park.
Couples and pairs travelling together
Couples and pairs travelling together take the lodge as a group, each with their own bedroom, sharing the hot tub and living space without the compromises of a hotel or smaller cottage.
Small groups of friends
Small groups of friends use the open-plan layout, balcony dining space, and hot tub for evenings together after days exploring the coast.
