How many guests can stay at Tresillian Lodge?
Tresillian Lodge accommodates up to six guests.
How many bedrooms are there?
The lodge has three bedrooms: two rooms with king-size beds and one room with two single beds.
How many bathrooms are there?
There are two bathrooms, including an ensuite bathroom and a separate main bathroom.
Is a baby crib available?
Yes. One baby crib can be provided when requested before arrival.
Does the lodge have Wi-Fi?
Yes. Wireless internet is available throughout the property.
Is the kitchen fully equipped?
Yes. The kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, cooking utensils and an American-style fridge-freezer with an ice dispenser.
Are laundry facilities available?
Yes. The lodge includes a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board.
Is the lodge heated?
Yes. The property includes general and underfloor heating for year-round comfort.
Is parking available?
Yes. On-site parking is available for guests.
Hot Tub and Sauna
Does Tresillian Lodge have a private hot tub?
Yes. The outdoor hot tub is reserved exclusively for guests staying at the lodge and accommodates up to six people.
Is there a sauna?
Yes. Private sauna access is available by appointment with the host or house manager.
Are towels provided for the stay?
Yes. Standard bed linen and towels are supplied. Ask the team before arrival if you need clarification about towels for wellness facilities.
Can children use the hot tub or sauna?
Children must be supervised at all times, and guests must follow the age, temperature and session guidance supplied by the property.

How far is the lodge from Truro?
Truro is approximately 10 minutes away by car in normal traffic.
How do guests reach the property?
The final approach follows a private single-track lane of approximately one kilometre. Detailed directions are provided before arrival.
Is the lane suitable for every vehicle?
Most standard vehicles are suitable, but very low sports cars are not recommended because the rural lane can become uneven.
Can I arrive without a car?
It is possible to reach the area by train and taxi, but a car is strongly recommended for the final journey and for exploring Cornwall.
Is the exact location easy to find by postcode?
Use the host’s arrival instructions for the final approach rather than relying only on the postcode.
Booking and Payment
How do I book Tresillian Lodge?
Use the live availability calendar on the website or contact the team directly by phone or email.
What payment is required when booking?
The current policy requires 50% of the total at reservation and the remaining balance 14 days before arrival.
What is the cancellation policy?
Paid prepayments are fully refundable when cancelled at least 30 days before arrival and 50% refundable when cancelled at least 14 days before arrival. Later cancellations are non-refundable under the current policy.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes. A card pre-authorisation is required and is normally released after departure, subject to the booking terms.
Will I pay a third-party platform fee when booking here?
A direct website booking normally avoids a separate marketplace guest service fee. Review the final total and terms at checkout.

What time is check-in?
Check-in begins at 5:00 PM.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Are children welcome?
Yes. Children are welcome at Tresillian Lodge.
Are pets allowed?
No. Pets are not permitted.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not allowed inside the lodge.
Is housekeeping available?
Optional housekeeping may be arranged subject to availability and any applicable charge.
