What Affects the Price?
The total cost of a stay may vary according to:

The lodge sleeps up to six guests. Enter the correct guest count so the booking system can display the applicable price and terms.
Payment Schedule
The current payment schedule is:
- 50% of the total amount at the time of reservation
- Remaining 50% due 14 days before arrival
Bookings made close to the arrival date may require the full balance immediately. Follow the amount and due date shown during checkout.
Cancellation Policy
The current cancellation policy provides:
- 100% refund of paid prepayments when cancelled at least 30 days before arrival
- 50% refund of paid prepayments when cancelled at least 14 days before arrival
- No refund for cancellations made later
The terms displayed at checkout and in the booking confirmation apply to the reservation.
Security Deposit
A security-deposit pre-authorisation is required for the stay and is normally released after departure, subject to the property being left in accordance with the booking terms.
A refundable pre-authorisation of £1000 is placed on the payment card before arrival and released after departure, provided no charge is required under the booking terms.
